Delivery

Shipping methods

We send all purchases within the UK by Royal Mail or another track-able courier service. Our next day delivery is via DHL at an extra charge specified at checkout. International shipping is by DHL and will be charged at the necessary rate. If you fail to be present upon the date of delivery, our courier service will notify you if they have left it with a neighbour or if they will reschedule delivery for the following day. All orders are expected to be signed for as proof of receipt, so they will not leave it at your address hidden or by the door for your receipt upon arrival. Royal Mail will require all deliveries to be signed for. In the event of no one being able to sign for the item, Royal Mail will leave a card instructing you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office.

Delivery timescales and notifications

Items will be dispatched within 24 hours from the time of order. When your order has been dispatched your order should be delivered within 2-3 days for UK orders and within 5 days abroad. We do our best to ensure the stock information displayed on our website is correct, so we can keep our delivery timescales accurate. If there is any delay then we will inform you by email or telephone. For items on back-order, you can usually expect to receive the item within 10 business days. If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

Late or missed deliveries

Although we are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. We regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day. Another circumstance that may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. If for any reason the item is returned to us due to incorrect address specified or item not signed for, we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. You will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that items that were undelivered through fault of the customer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total. Please be aware that we are unable to process orders, requesting delivery to a P.O Box address.

Holidays Delivery

Christmas (1) We love this time of year and to ensure that your purchase if intended as a gift be delivered in time for Christmas, all orders need to be placed by the 22nd December for UK orders, for international orders we would recommend ordering by the 19th December to ensure delivery. Please note that as much as we strive to ensure all deliveries are dispatched as soon as possible we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas on orders placed after the recommended dates above. Easter (2) Due to Easter days changing year after year, please note that any orders placed on Good Friday – Easter Monday will not be processed and shipped until the following working day. We would like to kindly remind you that if you place an order, expecting delivery on Good Friday or Easter Monday, a national holiday where the day is classified as a bank holiday, our couriers would be unable to deliver on that day. Please expect your purchase to be delivered to you the following working day. Free Delivery

Free two-day shipping is available on in-stock items. You can see in your bag if your item is in stock. Free two-day shipping is not available on customized, engraved products, and for certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer. To get free two-day shipping, you will need to place your order by 5pm, Monday to Friday. For instance, if you order your goods before 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday we will deliver them in two business days.

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Amonev. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose. We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been described accurately. However, orders will only be processed if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

acceptance of orders

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us. To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.

prices

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. Where it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price indicated, we will advise you by email, and offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state in the email the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.

delivery

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.

transportation and risk of loss

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. If you choose to use your own courier then the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed to your courier. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.

cancellation or modification

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, and we have either received the goods back or, if earlier, received evidence that you have sent the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days.

warranty and disclaimer

Seller warrants that the purchased Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with this contract and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (the Act). If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject goods which do not conform with the Act you must either return them in person to where you bought them, post them back to us, or (if they are not suitable for posting) or allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the cost of postage or collection. Although this web site is constantly up dated with new products added and discontinued products removed, sometimes errors can be made. Where a Product listed on this site has been discontinued or is out of stock we cannot adhere to our estimated delivery time, you will receive an email or telephone call notifying you of this. However, we always aim to please our customers and rely on our customers returning for future purchases and them to recommend us to friends and family. We also reserve the right to cancel any order where a mistake has been made with the pricing of a product.

limitation of liability

Unless agreed otherwise, if you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them and decide to cancel the order rather than re-arrange delivery (in accordance with clause 11), we will provide you with a full refund. 1) We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control. 2) Furthermore, we do not accept liability for any losses related to any business of yours including but not limited to: lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption. 3) You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. 4) Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. You have certain rights as a consumer including legal rights (e.g. under the Act) relating to faulty and/or miss-described goods.

indemnity

You hereby indemnify Amonev and undertake to keep Amonev indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Amonev to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of Amonev legal advisers) incurred or suffered by Amonev arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.

payment

We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

governing law and arbitration

This document shall be interpreted and governed by the law of the United Kingdom. This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

Notices, Changes and taxes

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at (insert postal address) and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible. Buyer is responsible for any tax or governmental charge imposed upon the sale or transfer of any product.
